My stay at the Grand Regal Hotel was pretty disappointing overall. The location is convenient, close to the airport, but the service and amenities left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful at times, and the cleanliness was not up to standard. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a true five-star experience.
